Founded by serial entrepreneurs, Rapid maintains this culture by hiring for attitude.  Namely, we seek to hire those innovative individuals who possess a strong can-do attitude.  The result is a seasoned management team energized by our work, knowing that the next "new thing" might develop at Rapid today.

We hire team members who are doers, not talkers. We'd rather our employees spend an hour with a customer or with their families than sit through an hour of unproductive meetings.  Rapid has no committees; what we have are action groups that keep a constant eye on results.  As we frequently tell our team, strive for internal creativity and don't fall into a trap of 'group-think' where peer pressure leads to conformity and subdues the tendency to innovate.
